Application Process

To apply for any RSC Programs you must complete the RSC Program Application. The college recommends reviewing the Admissions Requirements for the program to which you are applying. The requirements are in listed Sections Five and Six of the College Catalogue.

There are fees associated with submitting an application and registering as a student; other expenses include tuition, materials and living expenses. For more information on tuition, fees and expenses please see Instructions, Tuition, Dates, fess and Refund Policy (PDF) on the Forms page.

Official transcripts are required for acceptance into some programs – these must be mailed to the Admissions Office at RSC. MA students also need three Letters of Recommendation and official transcripts from an accredited university showing completion of a BA. The Letter of Recommendation (PDF) and Instruction Form (PDF) are also on the Forms page.

Loans and Scholarships

To apply for RSC Loans and Scholarships you must submit completed RSC Loan and Scholarship Application (PDF) with latest IRS tax forms and pay stub; there is a $15 fee for credit check.
