Consider Rudolf Steiner College

Rudolf Steiner College can offer a setting located on a beautiful thirteen acre campus in Fair Oaks, just east of Sacramento. The campus includes a bookstore, biodynamic garden, a performance hall, short-term housing and many other available space opportunities. Thank you for your interest in renting space at the Rudolf Steiner College!

Rate Sheet

Rental times include your setup and clean up times. Please plan for this when making your arrangements.

Insurance:

All renting parties are required to present evidence of liability insurance covering both the renting party and Rudolf Steiner College in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for all events. Organizations that have their own liability insurance coverage are required to provide the certificate. Otherwise, liability insurance must be purchased. All certificates of insurance must include an endorsement naming Rudolf Steiner College as an additionally insured party and must be provided to Rudolf Steiner College at least two weeks prior to the event.

Deposit:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the event. A minimum Security/damage deposit of $200 is required for all rentals. Additional deposits are required for piano use. See rate sheet.

Security Deposits will be refunded within 4 weeks after your event, provided there were no damages incurred, or extra cleanup needed, or additional time needed for your event, both prior to or after the scheduled rental period. Fees are not refunded for reserved time not used.

Cancelations are subject to the following conditions and fees

• In excess of three months, all fees will be refunded
• Between 30 and 90 days RSC will retain 50% of the total rental fee
• Within 30 days RSC will retain the full rental fee

In case of emergency RSC reserves the right to cancel an event without liability, and all moneys will, be refunded.

Please note that we are an alcohol and drug free campus. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
