Teacher Education

Participants will share morning classes devoted to general principles of Waldorf curriculum and child development, and attend afternoon classes focused on areas of specialization: early childhood, elementary grades or high school.

Dates: Keynote July 9; Workshops July 10 – 22

Registration: Sunday, July 9, 4:30p-5:30p
Schedule: Keynote Sunday, July 9, 7p-8:30p; Classes Monday, July 10-Saturday, July 22, 8a-5:45p, with some evening classes, details to be announced
Meals: Week 1: 6 lunches $ 88.50 and 5 dinners $ 73.75; Week 2: 6 lunches           $ 88.50. Meals must be pre-ordered from the café or they will not be available.

Summer Session for Currently Enrolled Students

During the two weeks of Teacher Education, students will share morning classes devoted to general principles of Waldorf curriculum and child development and attend afternoon classes focused on areas of specialization: early childhood, elementary grades or high school.

Studies include: Waldorf curriculum and instruction in all aspects of the area of specialization and other practical skills such as presentation, lesson planning, storytelling, and working with parents and colleagues.
